YOGA and RSS

Yoga is one of the part of daily event of RSS Shakha's. Rasthriya swayam Sevak Sangh swayam sevaks meet daily evening/morning do exercise, conduct baitaks, soorya namaskar, Play games like Kabaddi(National games).
The most common Yogasanas in evening/Morning Shakhas are Mathyasana, Bhujangasana, Shirshashana. Every day they do soorya namaskar 5 to 10 times with Manthras like Om Sooryaye Namah, Om Durgaye Namaha etc...
Every year RSS conduct traing for Svayam Sevaks. The basic training is ITC and there after 1st year OTC and then 2nd year OTC, Then 3rd year OTC. In all these levels of training Yoga taught to the Svayam Sevaks.
